Finance Modelling

We have experience delivering large BAU and project change, working with IT Executives and their Finance team, to undertake IT budget and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reviews and project finance modelling. We review existing IT budget management and cost centre analysis, predominently to estimate future budgets, consolidate existing telephony services and to identify potential cost savings. If you are able to provide cost centre data and telephony supplier financial records, we will be able to complete financial analysis and potentially provide cost saving recommendations. We can also complete project budget estimates and Total Cost of Ownership project finance modelling, for all internal and external telephony costs.

We can evaluate financials for on-premise, hybrid and full cloud solutions (CCaaS, UCaaS and WFO), whether you manage telephony technology with in-house resources or fully outsourced solutions and service providers.

We can;

• Assess existing BAU cost centres and project budgets.
• Create TCO estimates and finance model forecasts.
• Tracking of programme / project budget spend.
• Evaluation of wastage and potential cost savings.
• Work with internal Finance and external suppliers, to obtain essential financial data.
• Track project spend to ensure adherence to the agree budget, this covers all internal and external project costs.
• Work with internal Finance to handover the cost centre and TCO analysis, for long term maintenance and tracking.
