An RFI is used to gather information and insights from potential vendors or suppliers about their solutions, services and pricing. It helps you understand the market landscape, evaluate potential solutions to your requirements, and identify qualified suppliers for further consideration.
* What is an RFP?
A Request for Proposal (RFP) is a formal procurement process enabling selected vendors or suppliers to respond to clearly defined requirements, expectations and evaluation criteria. It should enable you to identify the products or services that best suit your requirements, along with the expected pricing and the extent of the services being offered by the solution provider.
